Advertising policies for Appsinity

These policies apply to ads, sponsorships, featured placements, and promotional campaigns booked on Appsinity. By running a campaign, you agree to these rules.

Important summary Appsinity does not guarantee clicks, views, impressions, installs, or users. Refunds are not provided unless the mistake was on our side. If payment is completed and the ad is already working properly, the payment normally cannot be reversed.

1. Campaign approval policy

All ad campaigns may be reviewed before being published on Appsinity.

  • We may approve, reject, delay, or request edits to any campaign submission.
  • Approval depends on content quality, platform fit, page safety, visual quality, and destination link quality.
  • Sending a request or payment does not automatically guarantee approval for every type of promotion.
  • Appsinity may choose the final layout or display style that best fits the website.

2. Refund policy

Refunds are limited and are generally only considered when the fault was clearly from Appsinity.

  • We do not refund unless it was our mistake.
  • If your ad is already live, active, or working as agreed, the payment cannot normally be undone.
  • If payment is done and the ad is running properly, the order is treated as final.
  • Low clicks, low views, low installs, or weak performance do not create a refund right.
  • If wrong banners, wrong text, or incorrect links are sent by the advertiser, that is not a valid refund reason.

3. Performance disclaimer policy

Appsinity provides advertising placement, not guaranteed marketing results.

  • We are not responsible for how many users, clicks, impressions, installs, conversions, or sales your ad gets.
  • Any numbers shown for visitors, traffic, reach, or attention are general estimates and not guaranteed campaign results.
  • If your ads do not perform well, Appsinity is not responsible for that outcome.
  • Campaign results depend on your creative quality, target audience, offer quality, timing, page quality, and user interest.
  • No fixed amount of users, clicks, or impressions is promised unless clearly written in a separate custom agreement.

4. Payment policy

Campaign work or scheduling may begin only after payment confirmation unless a different agreement is clearly approved.

  • Advertisers must pay the correct amount for the selected placement or package.
  • Once payment is confirmed and the ad work begins or the ad goes live, reversal may not be possible.
  • Appsinity does not store sensitive payment information such as full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.
  • Appsinity may keep only basic transaction records such as amount, transaction reference, payment date, and status.

5. Placement policy

Ad placement on Appsinity may vary depending on design fit, traffic flow, campaign quality, and performance logic.

  • Your ad placement may depend on your views, quality, engagement, campaign fit, and page relevance.
  • Appsinity may move, resize, rotate, or reorder ad positions to match the best website experience.
  • Not all ads receive identical positioning or visibility.
  • Featured placement strength may depend on the selected plan or custom agreement.
  • Placement decisions are made to balance advertiser value and user experience.

6. Content rules policy

All promotions must be legal, safe, and suitable for the Appsinity platform.

  • No scam, malware, phishing, fake, or unsafe links.
  • No misleading claims, illegal content, or abusive material.
  • No content that harms user trust or damages platform quality.
  • No stolen, copyrighted, or unauthorized brand assets.
  • Appsinity may ask for edits if the ad looks too low quality, broken, or not suitable for the website.

7. Advertiser responsibility policy

Advertisers remain responsible for their own materials and destination pages.

  • You must have permission to use the images, logos, banners, videos, and text you submit.
  • You are responsible for the quality and correctness of your landing page.
  • You are responsible for legal or brand issues caused by your own campaign materials.

8. Removal or pause policy

Appsinity may remove or pause an ad if needed for platform safety or technical reasons.

  • We may pause or remove campaigns that become misleading, broken, unsafe, or inappropriate.
  • We may act on abuse reports, disputes, legal concerns, or quality issues.
  • Removal caused by advertiser-side problems does not create an automatic refund right.

9. Policy changes

Appsinity may update these policies at any time. Continued use of the advertising service means you accept the latest version.
