Important summary
Submitting a promotion does not guarantee automatic approval. Appsinity may review, reject, edit placement timing, or remove campaigns that do not fit platform standards, technical limits, or legal requirements.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, advertisers, sponsors, partners, brands, and any person or entity using Appsinity Ads.
- Using the website means you agree to these terms and related policies.
- If you do not agree, you should not use the service or purchase ad placements.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted promotion is lawful and appropriate for publication.
2. Our Services
Appsinity Ads provides digital promotion services, which may include ad placements, featured sections, sponsorship placements, homepage visibility, creator-focused promotions, or custom campaign deals.
- Campaigns may be shown on selected pages or placements decided by Appsinity.
- Placement, duration, size, visibility, and pricing may vary by plan or custom agreement.
- Some campaigns may require custom discussion before approval.
3. Booking and Approval
A request to book an ad or sponsorship is not final until Appsinity confirms the campaign.
- We may review the project, destination link, creative assets, promotion text, and category before approval.
- Appsinity may accept, reject, delay, reschedule, or request edits to submitted materials.
- Approval may depend on placement availability, technical fit, visual quality, policy compliance, and relevance to the platform audience.
- You must provide correct links, banners, text, and any required details before launch.
4. Payments
Payment may be required before a campaign starts unless a different agreement is clearly approved by Appsinity.
- Pricing may be fixed publicly or shared privately for custom sponsorship placements.
- A campaign is usually scheduled only after payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for sending the correct payment amount and reference information.
- Appsinity does not store your sensitive payment details such as full card information, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking passwords.
- For records, Appsinity may store only limited transaction information such as amount, transaction number or reference, payment date, and status.
Payment record note
Sensitive payment details are not stored by Appsinity. Only basic transaction records may be retained for verification, support, and bookkeeping.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled fairly but may depend on the stage of the campaign and the reason for cancellation.
- If a campaign is rejected before launch, a refund may be provided unless work has already been completed specifically for that order.
- If the campaign has already started, full refunds are generally not guaranteed.
- If the advertiser provides incorrect material, broken links, or delayed assets, launch timing may be affected without automatic refund.
- Custom work, reserved placement time, or special design preparation may be non-refundable once started.
- Refund decisions may be made case by case for fairness and practical business reasons.
